Joanne Lui
Joanne believes in purpose-driven living. An optimist and extrovert, she values honesty, respect, courage and authentic relationships.
Joanne is a dynamic HR leader and Associate Certified Coach (ICF), with over 20 years of HR experience empowering businesses through people, in diverse industries such as healthcare, oil & gas, manufacturing, building management, and business operations, she brings deep HR & OD consulting and coaching expertise in shaping and executing strategic people agendas in organisations.
Known for her authentic, energetic, collaborative leadership style and systems thinking approach, Joanne partners with individuals, leaders and organizations to get unstuck and unlock potential at every level. She holds a variety of coaching certifications (including team coaching) and is experienced in different assessment tools to support clients' journeys. Her coaching style is person-centred, intuitive and creative, and empowers her clients to sense make, discover new insights to inform their next wise action. She also offers art-based coaching experiences to help clients evoke awareness and transformational shifts.
Her career journey started as an educator in Mathematics for 6 years where she enjoyed nurturing young minds and imparting problem-solving skills. She pivoted to a career in HR where she found her passion in OD, change transformation and coaching individuals and teams. She is now an entrepreneur. She is married with 3 daughters.
